Depends on where you want to put it. Personally I have my unit on the floor and I hook it up to the sink. The adapter on the unit is a garden hose adapter, so I just bought the faucet to garden house adapter at home depot and attached it to my sink (found in the plumbing section). Whenever I want to use it, I put it on, put the waste water tube down the overflow part in the sink, and the good water tube in my bucket. It does suck in a way, but I have no way to install it under the sink due to all the crap down there.

There really not that difficult, Its pretty much plug and play. The difficult part Is where you want to mount It.
I got mine from here http://www.thefilterguys.biz/index.htm very reasonable on prices plus good support and comes with full picture instructions on different install procedures.

Just installed mine a couple weeks ago. It was easy.
Used an off cut of particle board about 4 inches high and 18-20 inches wide. Just nailed to the studs above my washing machine and screwed the RO/DI housing to it with # 8 x 3/4" flat heads. Bought a "Y" adaptor (with shut-offs) to share the cold water supply for the washing machine. Keeps it out of the way and allows me to use the "waste" water for washing clothes. Cheers, Owen |

I just hooked mine up to my kitchen sink with a remote cut off so I didn't have to permanently install anything in my APT
