six striped Wrasse not hungry !
I got this fish friday. I asked here what he eats and was told most anything.Ifeed my perk clown , skunk and two blue green schromis flake and frozen cyclop-eez they love it. The Wrasse spends his or her time in and out of rocks nibling here and there. It realy doesn't go nuts over food like the others. Is it ok or is it starving?? I'm trying to make it as easy as I can for my wife to feed as I'm gone 3 -4 days a week.

I used to have one of those and it was always hungry. He still might just be getting used to the new tank.

Mine has almost never "gone crazy" at feeding time. I have had him for over two years and he is very healthy. The thing with 6-lines is that they eat pods and other small meaty bits constantly. Depending on what it snacks on in your tank, it might not need much flake.

Isopods, amphiopods, copepods. They are some of the tiny critters that hitch hike into out tanks, most are beneficial

take a good look at his belly. If it's nice and rounded, he's just fine, and I wouldn't worry. If it doesn't have a nice, round shape or looks at all pinched, then I'd suggest trying some different types of food, like clockwurk suggested. Garlic will often times help entice fish to eat.
In a well established tank, a six-line can very well get most or even all the food it needs by picking small crustaceans off the rocks. It looks like your tank is only a month old, though, so that's probably not true in your case. A little off topic, but if your tank is indeed only a month old, you may want to slow down on adding all those fish. One fish a month is probably about as fast as you want to go if you and your tank are just getting started.
