how many watts?

i am getting a mh retro for my 29 aga how many watts should i get? 150? 250? 175? which one?

I would get the 250 watt with a good reflector like the lumenarc. That should be over 8 watts per gallon which would allow you to keep just about anything from sofites, lps, to clams, and sps.
