Does the aquamedic have individual reflectors for each bulb?

I had the single 250W ocean light pendant. I liked it mostly. But I'd say that the reflector's spread leaves something to be desired. I'd consider separate luminarc pendants for better spread and better control if I were in your shoes.

I prefer the flexability of individual pendants over the 3' long fixture I have. The reason I bought mine was because it was a used fixture for a good deal. If I bought something new I'd probably pick something different.

I've got the 250W singles also, and I totally agree with Steve. In general, it's a good, small pendant, but the reflectors are definitely not the best out there.

Does anyone out there know if the aquamedic has individual reflectors for each bulb or it one big reflector. I can't seem to get the answer of the specs on the website which leads me to believe they are not individual reflectors.
Thanks, Drew |

I'm 99% sure that the reflectors are separate in units with multiple bulbs. You can call the US Aqua Medic facility to get confirmation. Google them and you'll get their contact info.
