Opinions of on Quiet One pumps

I'm between two different pumps although I originally had my mind made up on the Ocean Runner 3500, here are the specs

Quiet One 4000 1000 gph 50 watts 55.99
OceanRunner 3500 900 gph 65 watts 79.99

Will be about a 5-6 foot run. I'm mainly concerned with energy conservation and heat as I'm not sure if this will be in-sump or out.
Price is not really a issue. Is the Quiet One a dependable pump or the OR for that matter. I'm looking to to order one of these tomorrow.

What amount of turnove should I shoot for on a 95 gallon with a 30 gallon so so sump in a reef aquarium ? I may need to up the size of the pump, but pretty much want to find out about the manufacturers.
