hey guys,
I have invisible worms sticking out of my sand. they are thin, white/clear and they stick out of the sand and swivel around. Any idea what it can be? is it dangerous? any way to get rid of them? Thanks guys |

They're probably some sort of detritus eater. I doubt they're harmful. They might well die out on their own.

do they happen to stick out of tiny tubes made out of the sand? I think they are a result of overfeeding (I have em too ) don't seem to bother anything in my tank so I left em, part of the clean up crew now

I have them in my tank. They don't do any harm. They help keep the tank a bit cleaner. Paintbug's link above will answer your questions.
