Is this a pink Reeflux bulb?

I just ordered a DE 250W 10K Reeflux from PA. This is what I got. What do you think?

I read somewhere there is a way to tell before you fire it...

10k depending on the ballast may have a pinkish hue to it.

I have an IceCap ballast.

I thought the pink was only on the old bulbs and there was a way to identify them... I know what it is, but I don't want to lead anyone.
