bio-filtration for reef tank !

Hi ,,,

Im planning for 100g reef tank , and i wont to know wich is the best way for bio-filtratin ! and did you advice me for wet/dry filters !

Bio filtration should come from a combination of liverock, livesand, and macro algae. You will not need wet/dry filters if you set your system up right.
