I purchased that kalk reactor last year. It leaked in several places, but works fine after patching it up. It isn't built for abuse and isn't pretty, so be careful with it.
I also have one of their Ca reactors, dual stage, which works fine, now. Initially it pretty much fell apart, and had many leaks. After re-attaching the bottoms with plastic epoxy, and patching the leaks in the top and sides, it works fine now. The price can't be beat, but you get what you pay for. If you don't mind tinkering, or rebuilding it, go with this brand. |

I'll stick with my Geo, even though its more than half the price. I thought about the AC reactor, but it just didn't look nearly as good as the Geo.

If I were to purchase another Kalk or Ca reactor, I would probably steer away from Acrylic City. I wasted lots of time repairing/modifying the Acrylic City reactors to get them to work properly. I'm planning a larger reef (400 gal in-wall display), and will probably choose GEO/Deltec for the reactors and skimmer.
