First Test Results In & Started a Blog

Bought a basic API Saltwater Master Test Kit today, figured I can fill in the stuff I need for corals when I am ready to take that step. Pleasantly surprised about the results.

pH: 8.4
Amonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 40

Also started my blog, with pics up close of LR as it cures.

Nitrite is 40? or Nitrates?

Either way, it's on it's way

I'd advise that you go ahead and give the Alk and Ca test a whirl now, not only will it give ya practice at them (not rocket science I know) I personally wouldn't worry about dosing them until after the initial tank cycle but practice never hurts.

Did you know that we have RC Blogs here? (click the little red house directly above my post for a decent example)

Didnt know about the blogs here. My problem is that Im not having much luck with my Comcast webspace. I cant seem to upload images and have it work elsewhere, so I used that to upload via google.
