Question CPR Aquafuge HOB bubbles?????

I recently bought this:
Large AquaFuge2 HOB refugium
Includes Powerhead
Water Capacity: 4.70 Gallons
Dimensions: 25.5" L x 4.5" W x 12" T

The fuge is great so far... except the bubbles.. I have the bubble eliminator screen which i put on, but there are still some microscopic bubbles which escape and you can see all inside tank..

has anyone done something to this to stop bubbles all the way?

i was going to use some cloth to cover the return, while water still goes thru, but then any copepods or anything will be trapped from coming to main tank.

so any suggestions?
