# of gal of pentagon tank

I purchased a used pentagon tank and was wondering the formula for figuring out the total gallons
25x25x25x25x25x24h

WELL ON A REGULAR TANK IT'S LENGHT X WIDTH X DEPTH / 138 NOT SURE ON PENTAGON

I'm not sure either, but I bet it's over a 40g from the looks of it. My 42g Hex is roughly 21" tall and each pane is as wide as a single biowheel penquin filter. (the next to the smallest one). Sure that doesn't help much though

I think it's 111 gallons, based on this calculator:

it sounds bigger than 40...i think 111 is a good estimate

My sump for it is a cube 24x24x24 and it would probably just fit inside of it. I was told it was a 130 but was questioning that. I am just setting it up.

Lotus99 if it wasn't inches then it would hold 193,050 gallons of water. Wooohhhh LOL $5,000.00 dollars in salt for a 10% weekly water change. LOL But wow could you have some fish...
