How many baffles?

Im finishing the sump for my new 150g, and will like to know is 3 baffles are enough of 5 will do a better job, I just want to be sure no microbublles make it to the return area.
The sump is 36x12x20 w/ a configuration of overflow/baffles/return/refugium.

3 usually works pretty well unless your skimmer outputs lots of very fine microbubbles. You can also point your skimmer output opposite the baffles to increase travel time of bubbles before they travel to the baffle.
