I moved my tank!!!!

I recently moved to a new house and I had to move my tank. I am wondering if the tank will recycle? Is there anything I can do to help it along? I think I might have seen ick coming, omg this sucks!

I moved my 120 in May, had a little cycle, I am guessing from some die off on the srock even thou it was in tank water, and only moved 5 house away, but cool day and a all day tank move, and stressfull day just to move the tank. Everthing survived and had the oppertunity to get rid of some unwanted things that were causing trouble, like 2 serpent stars that were always eating my Cardinals, now I have Cardinals since the move, would loose them in 3-4 weeks before.
