FWE works great. I just used it a few weeks ago. Just make sure that you have the carbon ready for when they all start dying. You want to get the toxins out of the water as soon as possible after they are wiped out. I had hundreds of them in a 30 gl breeder and took care of all of them in one treatment.

Mine keep coming back. Have 25% of your water volume ready to swap out just in case and be ready to run a lot of carbon.
I run FWE, I see the little guys die and get thrown around in the flow and then a week later they're back on the glass. I need to buy more I think and hit hard every three days or something until they're gone for good. |

Sixline is a good way to go if he will fit in with your other fish. I had a problem with them and mine took care of it in a couple weeks. They just cruise around and pick them off.
