Do either of them move? Or are they stationary in one position?

Is the top one kinda leathery to the touch... ie, not hard like bone?

I have several of the bottom one's in my tank, they come, they go, they never get much larger than the one you pictured. They are not invasive. Not sure what they are called but they are pretty neat little guys.

I have not put my hand in to feel them but they do look as if they would/could be flexible or leathery....
