What's wrong with this clown? Pics included...

Anyone?
She looks like she's pregnant or really bloated but there hasn't been another clown in the tank for 5 months. Is she all blocked up? ouch. Any help would be great. Just tested the water and all parameters are good. She's really lethargic and is the only one not doing well. Here she is:

She looks constipated. I'm not sure what you can do except maybe try getting her to eat some nori and cut back on the flake food.

In freshwater fish, the general relief for a fish with constipation is to add epsom salts to the water, but obviously you can't do that with saltwater.

How old can they get? I got her from someone who had her for at least 4 years and I've had her for almost 2.

It looks like dropsy (I've seen it in FW fish), a bacterial infection in the gut, very hard to treat and usually a death sentence--sorry to say.
I hope I'm wrong.
I've heard clowns can easily reach 12 years old and probably longer.

not to sidetrack or hijack, but I have a Clark's clown that is over 15 years old. So....they can live a while.
