Best 54Watt T5HO Actinic Bulb?

I need two 54 W T5HO bulbs, and I want to get the most crisp blue possible, any suggestions? They will be 48" long.

I recently(this year) converted my canopy over from PC to T5's.

What's the best manufacturer?
