light of sump

I'm putting some eggcrate in the corner of my sump with cheato, I have a spare standard light from a 10 gallon tank, it's 15 watts, if I put a new bulb will that be good enough for cheato and if so what would be a good bulb.

I have seen the small light grow something and you can just go to lowes and get a plant light for it. If you want to get a little brighter, go to Lowes and get the 6500K CF and put it in a shop light holder. It's the one that is about 6" Dia. and it's aluminum. That is what I'm using and it's working pretty well.

I use the exact same setup as Capn_Hyliner. It's the 27w (=100w incandescant) 6500k Phillips compact flourescant from Home Depot. I've used other setups but like using this bulb the best.
