Can someone please recommend a small inexpensive powerhead for my 5 gallon jug to airrate my fresh mixed saltwater

Since you're already running two Maxijet 1200s in your tank get a third one to mix the saltwater. It's overkill but you'll have a spare powerhead in case one dies. Also this way you can rotate them out of your tank for cleaning at your leisure.

I agree with Agu,
Ditch the 5 gallon jug and get a $10 tote that you can put at least a MJ 1200 into.
