Best way to store live rock?

I am going to break my tank down to redesign it and need to store my 50 punds or so of live rock. What would be the best way to store it for a month or so and at the same time kill off all the nuisance algae I have been battling for months?

Thanks for the help.

Brute garbage can with a heater and some water circulation. Stick the lid on it to keep it dark to kill off the algae. You could also take this time to "cook" your rock. Do a search for the specifics on how that is done.
