for fish only with LR you don't really need to test for anything else. but if you want good coraline then you can also test for mag, cal, and alk. keeping those 3 in check will help with the coraline growth.

I would also test for calcium, KH, Phosphate. If you have snails, they will use calcium to build their shells. KH is good to test if you want to add anything reef. Phosphate test are subjective but good to know. If you notice any hair algae, you most likely have phosphates.

If you have algae problems, it might help to monitor your phosphates. However, I think that occasional phosphate testing and the things that you're testing for about all I did when I had FOWLR.

Same here when my tank was FOWLR...but as you can see from my experience, that was only a few months ago. But, at that time, I was testing only or PH, Amonia, Nitrites and Nitrates. You didn't mention Salinity. If you're not checking/testing that, I would, but I'm assuming that was a given that you were checking that as well?

Once the tank is established, I'd test alkalinity from time to time, since alkalinity can become depleted and then the pH can drop. Assuming you don't want coralline algae growth, the only other tests I'd run would be temperature, SG, and pH.
I wouldn't bother testing ammonia, nitrite, or nitrate unless there were signs of a problem.
