Angry Dinoflagettes ... still no luck removing

I have been battleing dinoflagettes for about a year now and still no luck removing it. This sh#*$T is everywhere in my tank and will not go away. Besides advice from Randy Holmes-Farley article on dinoflagettes, I am looking for some advice from an experienced reefer. I have tried everything Randy recommended for the past year and still no luck.
I am having problems gettin my ph to 8.4-8.5. Any advice on raising it besides dripping a ton of kalk thoughout the day.

I am running my lights about 4 hours a day. SKimming wet. 3 phosban reactors running (2 with phosar and one with carbon.) Always used ro water. and have cheato in my sump. Water changes every 2 weeks. I feed every other day frozer food rinsed.

Here is my setup 72 G
calcium 450
Alk 3.0
sality 1.26
ph 7.9 - 8.1
nitrates 0

I am thinking about leaving the hobby but am willing to stick it our for another 6 months with your help

raising ph to that level can eradicate dinoflaggetes. You obviously didn't read his post or the article in reef keeping mag.

They are a leading cause of people quitting the hobby, I wish you luck!

Have you tried another type of media like Rowa Phos? At this point I would try anything.

I tried raising my ph to 8.4 and 8.5 and even 8.6 and still no luck killing it. I have read randy's article about 50 times and done everything in it.
Again, I am looking for advice from someone who has overcome a massive dino outbreak
