Mag Drive 3 Pump quit...

My Mag Drive 3 pump on my Remora Pro Skimmer stopped working. I took the impeller out and cleaned everything. I put it back in and it worked for a couple of days, and now it quit again.
Could it just be the impeller?

Mine did the same thing. Just get a new impeller and your good to go. If your thinking about increasing the flow, I think you can replace the 3 with a shaft for the 5 or 7. You'll want to ask however as I'm not sure if you have to get a new front plat or not.

The Mag3/5 use the same impeller, just a slightly different pump cover,

I just noticed this pump has a three year limited warranty. I bought it January 31 of 2005. I thought the warranty was only one year. Anyway I guess I'll return it under warranty...
