Question about that garlic thing?

okay so i've been snooping around these forums for days now i keep seeing people talking about how they put garlic in with there fish food. So i was wondering if garlic salt worked, the ingredients are: salt, garlic, calcium silicate(added to make free flowing), and garlic oil.

So would this be safe for the fishes, my guesses are no but worth asking anyways.

Garlic salt probably has too many additives.

There is no real proof that garlic has medicinal value. I dont think anyone has tried garlic salt though...or kosher salt for that matter.

I wouldnt use garlic salt....if you make your own food just at a few slices of a clove to the blender...if not get some garlic extreme liquid, comes in a small bottom, when feeding frozen foods just add a few drops(like 2-3) to food and let set for a few mins before feeding...to the fish
it's also handy it and to Q tank if you dealing with a sick fish that wont eat

If garlic works, it might be just that easy.

FWIW.
