Making my own food ?'s
Ok so I read the article on the main page of the site about maing your own frozen food so here are my questions.
I have picked up raw frozen scallops and raw frozen shrimp (exoskel on) called zipperpack I guess it determines they are ready to peel. So along with this I am going to ad cyclop eez and some dried seaweed and some garlic. My biggest question is this. For the sea weed I am breaking it into smaller pieces how efficiently will the blender mix that in? Also for the garlic should I use actual garlic pieces or just use the liquid I extract from teh garlic when I mash it in the blender?
