My T5 bulbs are about 14 months old. To my eye, they appear very bright. However, I can tell that they need to be changed. My corals are all still growing at the same rate, however, I've noticed some recession of color that I'm almost positive is due to lighting. I've raised a few SPS up higher in the tank and they've gotten back some of their color. I'm sure new bulbs will solve this problem.
