storing empty tank???

This might sound dumb, but how long can you safely store an all glass aquarium? does sitting empty ruin the seals, I know that heat would be an issue but if it were stored in a climate friendly enviroment would 9months be too long???

i wouldnt worry about it just make sure its as clean as possible and DRY
if not you'll get that white stuff in the glass... couldnt get it off with anything....
i had a 55g up in the attic of my garage for about 5 years (no heat in there at all)
took it down this year and its fine i use it as a QT now.

I had a 10+ yr old tank sit dry for about 7 yrs in my basement. It was and still is just fine. AZ climate might be a little harder than that of PA but I assume you have AC so 9 mos should be fine.
