Coral propagation setup suggestions

I am setting up an SPS prop tank with a 30g breeder 36x18x12.

I am going to use two Vortch pumps for flow (throttled down) and ATI powermodule 6x39w T5 light fixture.

I will not be buying any calcium reactors, phsban reactors, kalk stirrers, skimmers, test kits etc.

I will just do 100% water changes every week with Tropic Marin Pro reef salt. This way I save boat loads of money that I can spend on salt.

Am I on the right track here?
