Would Aquaz blue pro T5 bulbs be comparable to the ATI Blue plus?

Im looking at Aquaz blue pro T5 bulbs. Would they be comparable to the ATI Blue plus? the Aquazs are less than half the price in Australia.

I have heard Aqua Z are very unreliable, though I have never used one

i just switched from the aquaz blue pros that came with my lights to the ati blue plus and it has made a huge difference in everything and my corals look much happier
