What size bulbs for Lighting?

I'm setting up a 125 FOWLR the tank is 72" long. I have two Icecap 430 ballast and endcaps to run 4 VHO bulbs. I dont know if I should go with 4- 72" bulbs or 4- 60" bulbs and stagger them. Looking for pro and cons of both or even other options. Thanks Jim

I would go with the 4 72' bulbs. Tank will have even light. The only reason I could see to go with the 60 inch bulbs, would be to limit the power usage.
