How do I upload in gallery?

I'm trying to create a gallery and also would like to know how to post pics. I'm not too computor savey to say the least. My pics are on -Comcast Photoshoe Deluxe 4- and when I fill out the info asked and check the photo I want to upload and click submit nothing happens.

Don't bother... the img size they allow is really small. Upload to a server like Photobucket and then link them here.
