Help ID Critter
I just noticed on one of my pieces of live rock today that I have like 20 or 30 little tiny "trees" on it. They are very skinny and extremely small. I have just noticed them now that I have my metal halide and flourescent lights going. Since I have installed them I have notice a lot of different things but these are the only ones that I cant tell. Is it maybe some kind of algae?

Thanks for the hlep. I cant really seem to find what it is but it seems to be sessile. So until I get corals I wont really worry unless they get big and stuff. On a better hand I just found a baby feather duster worm on a rock. I love looking at my rock and finding all these little suprises.

Well I tried and maybe it isnt. I touched it and it broke. This seems wierd. When I bought the rock a few pieces were just covered with these skinny little white worms. When I touched them they were rock hard so I assumed they were dead. But recently some have started moving and branching out from the rocks. As for the ones in my original question they dont do anything when I touch them. They just sway in the flow.

That's what I have, and I couldn't ID it to that website Capn gave me. They are tiny little brownish tubes that don't move. When I touch them, they seem to break off.
