Lighting Question

I currently have a 55 gal with softies, zoas, and a couple lps frags. I currently run PC 2 x55w 10k and 2 x55w 50/50. I do not feel that this is enough light for my tank.

So I am considering an upgrade to t-5's. My question is should I get 4 x54w HO or 6x 54w HO?

Will 4 t-5's give me that much of a boost in light or should I go for 6?

the fixtures I am looking at have individual reflectors for the bulbs.

Thanks for the help.
