Anyone use these to feed?

Would you recommend these to feed filter feeders and corals? Such as mushrooms like richordia (sp) and frogspawn?

I wouldn't use those to feed what you have listed. Mushrooms and Ric's will grow just fine with good water and light.

IMO most of that stuff is hair algae in a bottle
