What is this thing, very strange.

What is this animal??

It looks just like a single tentacle on a long tentacled anemone coming out of a small hole in the liverock. IT is white and has a transparent look to it so you can see an inside red tube going into the rockwork. It almost 6x times its length and grabs pieces of crap on the live rock and swallows like we swallow food ( the throat motion)This includes pieces of broken up Sprilid worms. It also "sniffs" the water before it goes for a snatch. After 15 minutes of viewing this thing it did only that. A hermit walked over it and it pulled itself inside the rock. I have no clue what this thing is and it is very very hard to get a picture with our crappy camera. I will post some bad pictures later.

I need some direction I can;t even catgeorize it.

Peanut worm possibly.

Post on the invert forms with the pic and you will get an ID there from LeslieH (worm specialist).

Move the post there if possible.
