Question Maroon Clowns??

I posted these questions in the clownfish forum and recieved some anwsers. But now after waiting 24 hours and posting pictures, it hased stalled. So I am going to post them hear with pictures and a video. I would like to have a pair of gold stripe maroons, since I have a 2" tear drop and try to breed them when they mature.
1: Can I get a larger 3 to 4 inch maroon and put it in the tank with it?
2: Would it be easier to have an anemone in the tank first to ease the aggression?
3:What anemone could I get for them if I can have the pair? My tank is almost six months old and would like to get an anemone that is hardy as well.
4:How do you tell the age of a maroon?
5:Is it possible that mine is still young enough to possibly change sex if I get a larger clown?
6:Or should I get a smaller maroon to try to get them to become a mated pair?
Sorry for all the questions. Here are a couple pics and the video of the little guy/girl.

If you get a clown that is bigger or smaller it wont matter because regardless of age it will change sex. For instance if you get one that is bigger it will become the female. That is what I did with my Ocellaris clowns. As for an anemone, a hardy anemone are the Bubble Tip Anemones. It would be best if you found one that was cloned in captivity so it will be more readily accustomed to tank life and have a better chance.

1. It is possible to put put a significantly larger clown and they will pair. The bigger the better.
2. Not sure how an anemone would quell aggression
3. Bubble tip anemone Entacmaea quadricolor
4. Not if it's wild caught
5. It is prolly already male. Don't wait too long or he will turn into a she.
6. If you do that wait till the fish is atleast 3 inches then purchase a 1 inch tank bred one

Thank you for the help. Now the problem is trying to find a larger gold striped maroon. Oh what do you guys think of this little tear drop? This is the first I have ever come across and I know it can't be the only one.
