Adding LR to Tank
I have about 100 pounds of base-rock, 100 pounds of LR that have been cycling for a little over a month now and this week I decided to add 60 pounds more LR. I took some tests yesterday and ammonia, nitrates and phosphates were all 0. It that possible? The 60 pounds of LR I bought from the LFS were covered with coraline but im not sure if they were fully cycled. Is it alright to slowly add some fish or should I wait a little while longer?
Thanks, Claudio |

It's always best to wait and give it a little extra time than hurry and regret it later...IMO.

Agreed with dedex, the hardest (but most important) part of this hobby is learning to be patient.
