Nursing new softies

I ordered a soft nano pack from Live Aguaria a few days ago. For a couple it looks like travels were hard for them. This one especially http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/151373C3.jpg I gave a slow, drip acclimitation and am keeping it on the bottom for now. First, could you help me ID it? And second, any suggestions for for helping it pull through?

Would I be correct in id-ing this as a mushrome leather? http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/151373C2.jpg
