Feeding Mushrooms??

Can you really feed them? If so what and how?

i have never fed my shrooms (spot feed anyway) and started with 10 and within 8 monthes had over 100.

I have some mushrooms that I do nothing for and they are doing great.

I have others which like mysis once in a while. They close right up and gobble it down.

If you have adequate lighting, you do not have to feed shrooms, but you can if you like. You can turn all your flow off and spot feed the mushroom with almost any aquarium suitable food. It is definately fun to watch. Place a small chunk of shrimp or fish in the center of the mushroom and watch it engulf the food.
