skimmers

I'm trying to get a fairly low priced skimmer that actually works well for what I need. (29 gal w small sump) I recently got a typhoon and it was a complete and utter waste of money. What is a good bet for something for my small reef? When I had a 75 believe it or not a seaclone worked well, but now its shot, should I get another?

Seaclones are pretty good with mods but the best for small tanks are the Aqua C remora pro (need no mods plug in and go) they are expensive but worth it.

I see your in Chicago. Sea Schor in Buffalo Grove has some small skimmers that looked very well made, give Steve a call.

I have a Aqua C I no longer use I would say it's OK but I was never fully happy with it, you interested
