yellow tang help

has black ich... and i dont have a hospital tank...i have no corals...just snail,fire fish,2 clow fish,and a blue head...mi lfs gave my this...para guard is this any good they say to treat for 3 days..i need help

A QT is helpful in dealing with black ich .. but not required.

not familiar with para guard but likely it will have negative effects on yor snails
