Whiptale Fairy Wrasse

Hey guys,
I just bought a whiptale fairy wrasse and I'm not sure if it's a male or a female. Is there a way to check? I want to pair this guy up.
many thanks

Well the Male will have a much large top fin than the female and should be more brightly colored. I guess you'd have to see a male and female side by side. Most likely you have a male as these are most commonly bought by fish stores.
