it doesn't look like a porcelain crab. A porcelain crab will have arms inside it's claws that look like feather dusters that it uses to filter feed. That thing appears to have pointy claws which from what I've heard, means bad... but I'm not an expert..

Looks like an acro crab to me - 99% of the time they are harmless and help clean the coral

that is an Acro/Coral crab for sure. let him be, the coral will do much better with the crab there. like reefing102 said the crab will clean the coral, and protect it from predators.
