How to keep a Golden/Yellow Fiji Blenny's color

I've read information saying the yellow color is the juvenile form of the black sailfin blenny...while some other sources say the color can be maintained.

Has anyone here been able to keep the yellow color after the fish has reached 4 inches or after a couple of years?
