Algea in my BIOCUBE
I recently purchased a 14 Gallon Biocube...MY live rock is being filled with brown algea I dont know what to do.. I was contemplating putting a bag of phosphate remover in to the wet and dry system the tank came with. I need help i have a sand sifting goby, a clown fish and peppermint shrimp all very small. I NEED HELP

I also have green bubble algae growing as well. Any suggestions fellow reefers?

Sounds like your tank is still in the final stages of a cycle. Brown algae is pretty normal at this stage of the game. Once all available nutrients are used up it should disappear. However, its not uncommon for it to be followed by hair algae. A phosphate remover is not a bad idea. Given your water volume, a LITTLE should go a long way.

I am a bit hestitant on putting it in I purchased a bag for my fluval and the box came with a three im not sure if i should just place the one whole bag in (box states it's for 80G) or get a little baggy cut it up and place some in or buy some media balls and put some in there
