Lighting question!

Currently I have a 29g NanoCube which has the default 150 Watt MH in it (listed 150 HQI 14k). It doesnt have any Actinic, so I was thinking of modding it with this. My question is about the MH bulb I currently have. When you're running actinic what type of MH do you want to run (14k?). I think most run a 10k bulb correct?

Depends on the look you like, more blue, then stay with the 14k.
