Nano Skimmer and main pump - would appreciate suggestions

I am building a DIY skimmer for my Biocube 8 and need a really small aspirating pump. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would also like to replace the main pump with one of the following:
• Tunze Nano pump.(0800.040)
• Eheim 600 Compact Pump
• Mini-Jet 606
I have other pumps from all three companies and like them. My Eheim 1260 is wonderful. My Tunze 6025 Nanostreams are awesome. My Maxi-jets are great too. From my experience with these pumps, I would say Eheim, then Tunze then Maxi-jet for quality, though that may not be accurate here. What would be your recommendation?

Thanks!

Dave
