Advice on overflow box for sump
I plan on getting a sump for my 100g and was looking for advice on the size of the overflow box I will need. Will 300gph due or should I go bigger.

definatly go 600, maybe 800 I don't know if lifereef makes a 800 though???

600 GPH overflow is fine. Using the 3 - 5x display size return flow guideline, thats 300 - 500 GPH.
