copper
hi
for my 75G i decide to use my 45G tank for a sump, i've had that tank for 20+ years, its been FW i dont remember if copper was ever introduced in the tank, i like 75% sure copper has never been in the tank but i have dose with medication i used the following medication before api melafix fungus cure thanks Orbit |

I would wipe it down with some vinegar. That cleaning would remove copper and the other medications, as well.

so it if i wipe it down with vinegar, it should be okay even if its goin to be a reef tank,
the medication was used a few years ago, i haven used put medication in the tank for a few years now |
